“In the Summer of 2017 I had the opportunity to work as an intern with Wyatt. I was very skinny and out of shape but had been talking to Wyatt about wanting to bulk up for a while before our internship started. He put me on an individual bulking plan, and after the first day of our internship we hit the gym and were off to the races. Wyatt consistently pushed me to be the best version of myself physically, and motivated me to go to the gym and try out new workouts every day. He quickly adjusted the workout plan, if there was ever a specific workout that did not feel comfortable to me. He also acted as an accountability buddy, and made sure that even on the days I was exhausted after work, I pushed myself to get in the gym and put the work in. Over the 3-month internship I was able to put on almost 20 pounds of muscle, and I have not looked back ever since. I am forever grateful to Wyatt for pushing me to go above and beyond for something I wanted to attain, and giving me the confidence to get in the gym and start somewhere. His meal prep plans were a great addition to the workouts, and helped me to eat the healthy foods needed to reach my goal weight. 4 years later, I have seen the vast improvements he has added to his programs. The app that he uses makes my training days more organized, and the educational instructional clips for each and every workout he provides makes training by myself a breeze.
