My Training Philosophy
Throughout years of training, I wasted A LOT of time. I wasn’t knowledgeable at all and I had no direction. What I luckily had was experience. My approach to training has come together from an extremely unique combination of experience in a lot of different performance based sports. I started off playing basketball in my youth which required all around athleticism. Later on I began doing parkour & free-running which I did consistently for about 3 years which gave me a whole new perspective on proprioception and spacial awareness within my training approaches. I learned to gain the athleticism to do front flips, back flips, side flips, wall flips, and many more things! I later got in to boxing which challenged my endurance, my core, and my overall explosiveness. Lastly, I got in to bodybuilding which I have done for about 6 years now and counting! All these things combined have given me extremely unique insight in to a training approach that not only brings the best results when it comes to physical appearance, but along with it comes longevity and top performance athletically. Throughout my time doing all these types of trainings, I learned to do extremely difficult things while also carrying a lot of muscle. At 6’0 and roughly 210 lbs, I can dunk with EASE. I am also able to do extremely challenging calisthenics moves like explosive push ups and muscle ups. This is a result of years of my unique training approach that has caused me to not only look great, but perform at a top tier level athletically.
My philosophy to training will bring the absolute most out of you and bring you to be able to perform at some of the highest levels you have ever experienced in your life while also looking the best you ever have. That is what Physical Transcendence is all about. Physically Transcend every limit you ever though existed for yourself, because ITS POSSIBLE.
